Technical data protection and security

  1. All individual-related data are particulars and are kept in confidence. All data needed for the liquidation are saved as client master data consideration the respective prescriptions of the German Data Protection Act [Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG)] and the German Teleservices Data Protection Act [Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG)].
  2. At all times you have the right to request information about your saved client data or to amend them. Please advise us in case of any amendments of your data and contact info@amtech.de or send the amendments by mail or fax.
  3. We apply technical and organizational safety measures to protect your data against casual or deliberate manipulation, lost, destruction or against access of unauthorized persons.
  4. We do not transmit the personal data to a third party. Requests of official institutions and the trans-mission for criminal proceedings in case of misemployment of this offer are exempt from these disposition.

Online orders: Completion of a contract

  1. The representation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-committal online catalogue. After the entry of your particulars and by finishing the order transaction clicking the button „Send order“, you have sent an obligatory order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
  2. Immediately after sending your order we’ll give you a confirmation of receipt. The sales contract comes into place with our order acknowledgment.
  3. The product illustrations are exemplary illustrations and can deviate from the ordered / delivered products.
  4. If a product is not available, we commit ourselves to inform our client about the unavailability before accepting the order. We have the right to cancel the order.
  5. The order confirmation is given under reserve of the actual possibilities of delivery.
  6. Orders from abroad are only possible against prepayment. Please do not pay before receiving the order confirmation. Delivery of the goods is only possible after receipt of payment.

Delivery

  1. For the delivery of the order we use UPS Germany.
  2. If the goods are available from stock we’ll deliver within 2-3 weekdays. Deliveries of available products to European countries will be effected within approximately 10-14 days. In case of deliveries to countries outside Europe the delivery period depends on the mode of dispatch (air mail/country way/shipping) and the exact place of delivery.
  3. Partial or express deliveries are only effected with the explicit agreement of our client. If there is no special agreement, the client has to pay the additional costs of the delivery.

Costs of delivery at home and abroad

  1. The order confirmation contains clear information about the costs of delivery.
  2. Carrying, packing and insurance charges for deliveries to foreign countries are calculated in order of the dimensions and the weight; for technical reasons they are shown separately on the order confirmation.

Right of return / power of revocation

  1. Our client can rescind within a period of 14 days after receipt of the order. In order to comply with the term of revocation, it is enough to send back the rescission or the goods in good time. If our client cannot give back the goods received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he shall pay compensation.
  2. The return of the packets goods shall be addressed to: AMTech Pupilknowlogy GmbH, Anne-Frank-Str. 14, D-69221 Dossenheim, Germany. Our client has to pay the costs of return.
  3. Returns from abroad have to be prepaid sufficiently.
  4. There is no right of return for delivered software or data carriers.
